When you start a new job, however, you’re probably eager to take on new challenges, contribute to your team, and explore the opportunities ahead. Still, as time goes on, the initial excitement may fade, leaving you struggling to stay focused or even care about your work. You might find yourself wondering, "Where did my ambition go?” or, “Why am I so unmotivated?" And while there’s nothing wrong with not loving your job — many people don’t — stress, a heavy workload, or boredom can turn it into a chore you dread, which can impact your overall wellbeing.
